Brand: Wordsmithing with Mary

As a ghost author, Mary was searching for a simple yet unique logo to use in both digital marketing and print. Eager to get her website running, she needed a logo that would transition across all formats and make it easy to spot her brand.

She really looked toward a traditional style, one with a nod to the non-digital past of writing. The signature script “M” and pen are elegant yet give the feel of days gone by. The rich eggplant purple and a digital gold gradient keep the logo soft while maintaining the traditional sense of style. The combination of serif typography and script link the handwritten word to the typewriter to the computer.
